Withdrawal from the Contract

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Slovakia, where the seller is established, by Act No. 102/2014 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. By completing the form below you notify us of this decision and we will contact you with further instructions. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, to the IBAN you provide within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal (we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned).

The goods should be returned without undue delay; you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. You can find the full terms in our terms and conditions.
