Shipping Conditions

II. Payment and Delivery Terms

II.1 Goods can be paid for by bank transfer or cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.

II.2 Prices are stated in EUR including VAT.

II.3 We deliver as standard throughout the entire territory of the Slovak Republic. Delivery to EU countries is possible by prior arrangement with the seller — shipping costs will be communicated by e-mail before the shipment is dispatched.

II.4 An invoice (tax document) is enclosed with every shipment.

II.5 We usually dispatch goods within 3 business days of order confirmation. The maximum delivery period is 30 days in the event of product unavailability or by agreement with the buyer. The buyer will be informed of any extension of the delivery period by phone or e-mail. If the extended delivery period is not acceptable to the buyer, they have the right to cancel the order.

II.6 We will notify you of the dispatch of your shipment by e-mail, including the shipment number and a tracking link.

II.7 The seller arranges the transport of goods within the territory of the Slovak Republic. The customer selects the delivery method from the available options when completing the order.

II.8 Delivery costs within the Slovak Republic:

Delivery method Price
zpointsk 3.59 €
131 4.79 €

II.9 The place of delivery is determined by the buyer through the details provided with the order. Delivery is deemed fulfilled upon delivery of the goods to the specified address.

II.10 The goods are adequately packaged and secured. On receipt, the buyer is obliged to check that the packaging is intact. If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment and contact us — this will help avoid unnecessary complaints.

II.11 The invoice enclosed with the shipment also serves as a delivery note and a warranty certificate.

II.12 The seller bears responsibility for the goods until they are received by the buyer. Receipt means the moment when the buyer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes over all parts of the ordered goods, or where:

  • goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately — upon receipt of the last item,
  • goods consisting of several parts or pieces are delivered — upon receipt of the last part or piece,
  • goods are delivered repeatedly over a defined period — upon receipt of the first delivered item.

II.13 In the event of higher demand, there may not be sufficient stock available to fulfil the order immediately. In such a case, the goods will be shipped gradually in several shipments — postage is charged only once.
