Hemp Tea Blood Pressure by Konopný Táta (50 g) is a natural blend of hemp and carefully selected herbs that support healthy circulation, heart function, and microcirculation. It contributes to maintaining optimal blood pressure levels and is ideal for regular use – without any psychoactive effects.

Preparation:

1. Decoction – strongest method
Although this method may seem unusual, it’s recommended by herbalists and tested by us. Add 2 teaspoons of the blend to 250 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Strain and let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

2. Infusion – most common method
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Pour water at approx. 85 °C over the blend and let steep for about 5 minutes. Always prepare fresh.

3. Cold infusion (maceration)
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Steep the blend in lukewarm water overnight or for 24 hours. Then strain and serve cold or gently warmed (do not boil).

4. Enhance the effect – by adding fat
To help cannabinoids absorb better, we recommend adding a little fat to the finished tea. You can use hemp oil, butter, cream, coconut oil, or full-fat milk – depending on your preference.

Dosage:

Use as needed. Suitable for daily use.

Warning:

Not suitable for people with low blood pressure, children under 15 years of age, or pregnant and breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry, dark place at 5–25 °C.
