The controller of personal data is the company operating the HempExport.eu online store.

When you place an order, we process: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and billing address. This data is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract.

3. Purpose of processing

We process personal data for the purpose of: fulfilling the order, delivering the goods, issuing a tax document and communicating with the buyer about the status of the order.

4. Retention period

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, but for no longer than 5 years from the last order (statutory obligation to archive tax documents).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability.
