Obchodné podmienky

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the HempExport.eu online store.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

Submission of an order by the buyer is considered a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

3. Payment terms

The buyer may pay the purchase price by bank transfer to the seller's account. The account number and variable symbol are stated in the order confirmation.

4. Delivery terms

The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the buyer within 5 working days of receiving payment. Goods are delivered via Packeta (Zásielkovňa) or DPD.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll.
