Hemp Tea Relax by Konopný Táta (50 g) is a 100% natural loose tea made from hand-picked hemp. It’s designed to calm the mind and relax the body – with no psychoactive effects.

Preparation:

1. Decoction – most effective method
Although it may seem unconventional, this method is recommended by herbalists and tested by us. Add 2 teaspoons of the blend to 250 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Strain and let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

2. Infusion – most common method
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Pour water at approx. 85 °C over the tea and steep for about 5 minutes. Always prepare fresh.

3. Cold infusion (maceration)
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Place the tea in lukewarm water and steep overnight or for 24 hours. Strain and drink cold or gently warmed (do not boil).

4. Boost the effect – add fat
Add a small amount of fat to the finished tea to help your body absorb the beneficial cannabinoids. Use a drop of hemp oil or any fat of your choice – such as butter, cream, coconut oil, or full-fat milk. Feel free to experiment with different methods until you find your ideal preparation.

Dosage:

Use as needed. The relaxing effect may become noticeable after several weeks of regular use.

Not suitable for children under 6 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry, dark place at 5–25 °C.
