Hemp Tea Good Sleep by Konopný Táta (50 g) combines premium hemp with a carefully selected blend of calming herbs that promote faster falling asleep and deeper, more restful sleep. This evening tea helps relax both body and mind, making it ideal for unwinding before bedtime.

Preparation:
1. Decoction – the strongest preparation method
Although this may seem unconventional, it’s recommended by herbalists and verified by our own experience. Place 2 teaspoons of the blend into 250 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Strain and let cool. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
2. Infusion – the most common method
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Pour water at approx. 85 °C over the tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Always prepare fresh.
3. Cold infusion (maceration)
Use 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of water. Let the tea steep in lukewarm water overnight or for about 24 hours. Strain and serve cold or gently warmed (do not boil).
4. Boost the effect – add fat
Add a small amount of fat to the finished tea to improve absorption of beneficial compounds. You can use a drop of hemp oil, butter, cream, coconut oil, or full-fat milk.
Dosage:
Use as needed. Suitable for daily use. The full effects of hemp tea on sleep quality may appear after several weeks of regular use.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry, dark place at 5–25 °C.
